Upload a Picture of Your Signature

1.  Take a picture of your signature.
  • Sign your name on a piece of blank, white paper.
  • Use a medium point pen or marker with blue or black ink.
  • If you're on your computer, take a photo of your signature with a camera or smartphone. Send the photo to yourself so you can upload the file here.
  • If you're on a smartphone or tablet, push the "Upload" button to take a picture with your device's camera.
2.  Upload the signature file.

The image must be a JPG, BMP, PNG, TIFF file format, image resolution must be 75.00 dpi or greater, and image size must be at least 180 x 60 pixels.
