DEADLINE ALERT: The last day to register before the 2024 GENERAL PRIMARY was 04/08/2024. Any application submitted now until 04/23/2024 will be held and processed the day after the 2024 GENERAL PRIMARY. If you are registering for the first time and are not already registered to vote, you will not be able to vote in the 2024 GENERAL PRIMARY.

If you are not a U.S. citizen and a resident of Pennsylvania at least 30 days before the next election, you CANNOT register to vote.

Your registration is not complete until processed and accepted by your county voter registration office.

To vote in the next election, you must complete your application by 04/08/2024. You can submit your application:

  • Delivered to your county voter registration office.
  • By mail to your county voter registration office, received by 04/08/2024.

PENALTY FOR FALSIFYING DECLARATION
WARNING: If a person signs an official registration application knowing a statement declared in the application to be false, makes a false registration, or furnishes false information, the person commits perjury. Perjury is punishable, upon conviction, by a term of imprisonment not exceeding seven years, or a fine not exceeding $15,000, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Submitting an application containing false information may also subject a person to other penalties, including loss of the right of suffrage, under state or federal law.
